PT or FT Child and Adolescent Opportunity in Atlanta, GA
Laurel Heights Hospital in Atlanta, GA is recruiting a new Child Psychiatrist. This is a part-time or full-time position working in predominantly in our Residential Treatment Programs for children and adolescent populations with occasional back-up on our new 8-bed inpatient unit.
Duties of the physician include direct clinical care of patients and treatment team leadership. The majority of call coverage is by phone on a 1:4 rotation. This is an ideal position for a physician that loves working with children and adolescents offering the opportunity for long term therapy work with patients. The clinical and work environment is rewarding and collegiality is high within the physician and clinical staff teams. The position offers flexibility with schedule hours and days if part-time and fulltime will be a a day schedule Monday – Friday.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package will be offered. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Child Psychiatry. Interest and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders a plus. Must have GA license or ability to obtain.
